A: No, the menu items constantly change. You will never see a menu item on the same day each week.
Q: Do you have vegetarian meals?
A: Yes, we offer 2 vegetarian meals on the menu each day – one hot and one cold.
Q: The LunchMaster is a bit too expensive for my family, do I have to order everyday?
A: There is no minimum order requirement with the program, feel free to order once per week or as often as you’d like.
Q: My child doesn't like one of the meals, can I switch to another selection?
A: Meals may be canceled or changed online by every Thursday, midnight, for the following weeks order.
Q: Do you provide gluten-free meals?
A: At this time, we do not offer gluten-free meals.
Q: How do I receive my lunch tickets?
A: Lunch tickets are sent to your registered email every Friday before 2 p.m. Check your junk mail folder just in case you don’t see them. If you haven’t received them by 2 p.m., call our office to have them re-emailed.
Q: What is the LunchMaster cancellation policy?
A: The LunchMaster cancellation policy is: Any meal canceled by 4 p.m. the day before the cancellation, receives full credit. Any meal cancelled after 4 p.m. the day before, until 8 a.m. the day of the cancellation receives half credit. Credit goes on the account for use on a future meal order. Leftover meals are donated to a local food bank daily.
Q: The receipt online shows a Total balance due, even though I only added on a few meals, am I being double charged?
A: The receipt will reflect the total number of meals and total balance over the entire 2 month menu. When you are billed for the additional meals, the account will only bill you for the meals that were added on, including any open balances you may have had on your account. If you have questions regarding specific amounts due, please email us at lunchmaster@nobhillcatering.com.
Q: How can I have my account deleted?
A: Please Email lunchmaster@nobhillcatering.com with your child’s name, grade, room # and school name and request to have your account deleted.

Q: I have more than one child, how can I register the additional child on your site?
A: More than one child can be registered on the website, although, their accounts must be created individually. The login (email address) may be the same but the passwords must be different. After registering your first child, make sure to click log out. Logging out will bring you back to the Nob Hill homepage where you may then sign in for your second child.
Q: I am receiving the following security message: "You are about to be re-directed to a connection that is not secure: The information that you are sending to the current site might be re-transmitted to a non-secure site. Do you wish to continue?"
A: This message may appear after the credit card screen at the end of registration or while updating your profile to notify you that you are being re-directed to the regular LunchMaster site. At that point, your credit card information has been secured and you will have completed registration. This is a general message and it does not indicate a problem with the security settings on the LunchMaster website.
Q: My child’s school is listed wrong, how can I change it?
A: Call our office to move the account to the correct school: 650-596-8008. Please do not place orders until the account reflects the correct school name.
Q: My child's room number or grade is incorrect, how can I change it?
A: Please send your room or grade change request to lunchmaster@nobhillcatering.com. Please include your child's name, room number/grade and school name.
Q: I missed the deadline! Can I still sign up for meals?
A: The deadline is Thursday, midnight, of any week to order lunches for the following week. Sign into your account directly to place your order.
Q: My child is allergic to some food items, who can I talk to about ingredients in the meals?
